Man. that's the route I was ORIGINALLY going to take!!! Nearly identical! Oh well....

Going to try to be in Yellowstone early on Sunday, but not going to go through Glacier until Weds AM, then on through Idaho for a very long day.

Maybe we can still hook up for YS on Sunday. Then maybe Griff and I will wave at you as you blow by us on the way down to PC!

Lava Love Run to the Sun in Soap Lake this weekend.., anybody going?

oh.., pardon me, wrong thread!

Jeff, Was just talking with SnowLeopard, He tried going through the Login Pass earlier this year. Pass is closed due to numerous slides, probably for most of the season. Might want to check ahead if you can.

Your trip north from Waterton through Canmore out to Revelstoke and back to the border might be a tad ambitious. You can make some pretty good time in Alberta, but BC is a LOT slower traveling

Ride safe and have a good trip, See you in Park City.

Sent this as a PM to Bearly also. Desperately needing some help.

I need to shorten the route. Going to be way too damn hot to be doing 350-500 miles per day before WFO.
I have been doing 650-680 per day across the US to get to Denver CO today. Can't keep this pace up, especially now that I'll be 2-up for the next seven days.

I know nothing about Canada. Would like to do Yellowstone, Glacier National Park, then step my foot into Canada and head south to Park City. Recommendations???

I have to cancel my hotel reservations and get the changes done tonight.

Help me PLEASE!

:(

Idaho is having a lot of wild fires right now. You may need to amend your route.

Wish I could join you. I'm on-call for work next week.

Resting easy in Dubois,Wy. Fortunately only about 200 miles 0f my 820 today in the mid to high 90's.

Poised to go into Yellowstone tomorrow. Maybe hook up with Jeff. I plan on being at Old Failthful mid morning... that's the plan anyway. Then up to Helena for the night should be a nice mellow ride through the park and out the top.

Sure are lots of travelers down here. Looks like heat and gas prices aren't keeping people away.

Logan Pass and the entire going to the sun hwy shows OPEN on GNP's website as of 5:40 today.

That's hilarious. I'm in Helena Montana all this week for work. I was actually toying with the idea of riding out here from Kentucky but the promise of 95+ degree temps in MT this week had be rethink. Crap..had I known there would be two FJR's in the area I would have riding up there with you guys. :-(

Oh well...have a great and safe ride!
