Motor quit at 45 MPH, just stopped. Pulled on to the shoulder, hit the button start button, she spit and sputtered but started. Hit the throttle just clear her out, the check engine light came on, was 300 miles from home in central Iowa with a very concerned look on my face. Did a fault check, call the number in to my local dealer, he told me it was the throttle position sensor. Ok, so now what do I do?

To make a long story short, I started it back up and it ran perfect?? On the way home the bumps in the road started to hit harder and harder this went on for about an hour right to the shop, Did looking around were it was discovered that my shock was bad and needed to be replaced.

All parts are on order and covered on my 04, it’s has around 36K on here now and still haven’t got the grin off my face, although I might be a little heavy for her. Am kind of wide in the hips and narrow in the shoulders.

You bet no problems, at lest not yet. Why, do you no something I don't??

The shop has very responsive for me.

A shock absorber could be considered a wear and tear item and not covered under warranty, though there is some gray area here. Recently there was a discussion here regarding leaking fork seals; some people got them replaced free, some didn't.
