Looks like I'll have to purchase this manual as well.

Wonder if it will be much different to the OEM's ???

It's a bit late now for me, but I wished Mr Yamaha had better instructions on removing things like the fairings or rear tail plastics, lol lol

I have a Haynes service manual for my XTZ 750 and i want to tell that it is really good!!

I hope the same and for this book..!

I'm looking forward to getting a look at this before I commit to buy. Hopefully it will appear in somewhere like Halford's.

It's going to be interesting to see if they have included all the lessons that have been learned on the various forums.................................................

There's a lot of stuff out there not included in the Yamaha workshop manual.

Haynes manuals (based on the several I've had for cars) will have more in the explanation department than the factory manual, which is a checklist and spec sheet, not a how-to.

There was a guy posting pictures of a disambled FJR on Instagram last year stating it was for the Haynes manual. I just looked him up and found a site from the UK and did find a link to the FJR but I am unable to see the pictures in the link.
His name is Steve Bracher

Thank goodness Haynes will show me how to put it back together.
