The Local Suzuki dealer wanted $263.00 for a replacement H/L assembly.

A TIP: Rob say's to WAX your Headlights as you wax your bike. The UV

protectant in the wax helps keep the H/L from yellowing.

 
Yeah, but was he able to polish out the broken tabs???

Looks like you'll be using some jb weld to mold new tabs!

 
Thanks for posting.. I had no idea that level of repair was possible.

I didn't like my headlights anymore, they were getting kind of pitted, so I just hit Bambi to get a new one.
