Heading to montana!

Group from our church is heading to Missoula, Mt tomorrow. First day heading toward Lewiston and down to McCall Idaho and spending the night in Cascade, Idaho. Second day heading toward Salmon, Idaho and shooting up toward Lolo and stoping in Missoula, Mt. Trip home will be via Lolo pass and back track through Lewiston again. Should be great weather! Hope to see some of you fellow FJR riders on the roads this weekend!

I know I've said it before but watch your speeds on the Idaho side of Lolo Pass. (50 mph) I'm just about to send em my check. :angry:

Sounds like a nice trip. Are you planning on going through Boise? I'm asking because I just took a trip on the FJR last month and after spending the night in Boise, I took Hwy 21 up to Salmon (and then on to Helena). If you go straight from Cascade to Salmon, you'll miss an awesome part of Hwy 21. Right out of Boise there's a cool dam and then some incredible twisty roads along the river and over the hills. But even if you go straight over, there's still plenty of nice roads and scenery.
