Heat Shields

I just picked up an 08 FJR and I have heard that the exhaust near the footpegs has a habit or possibility of melting boots. I'm wondering what size the exhaust pipe is and looking for recommendations on good brands of shields for that area.

Never had the issue with three FJRs, but a few others have. Lots of options for heel pipe protection.

I've seen a couple of these installed and they look pretty good.
