Amazon culls the vendors that get negative reviews. Use your power as a reviewer to warn others and take out the trash.
I have never had a problem returning an Amazon purchase, other than shipping cost. If you don't get what you expect, then return it and cut your losses.
They did remove that particular seller (PERF-MOTO), but now there is another advertising the same thing for $12.
PERF-MOTO says that they provided a part number and Amazon created the ad and that Amazon was responsible for the mistake. (Sorry, but the part number is for a 4-pack!)
Ordered two boxes of 4 spark plugs, received 2 spark plugs. Return Claim filed with Amazon and I will be calling them Monday to pursue this further. First time for every thing.
It's not the case in the above problem, but there have been problems with websites that have computerized programs to monitor competitors' prices and automatically raise their own if the competitor raises theirs. Trouble comes when both are doing the same thing. Last year Best Buy had an ordinary HDMI cable advertised on their site for $1200. LOL
