Hella Micro DE lights

I'm looking for any opinions I can gather about the Hella Micro DE lamps performance.

Do they stack up at all to the larger Hella ff 1000 & ff 500 models?

glad to see your name on the board its been a long time old friend.

not much help here latley most people i think have put bike thinking on hold for a while at least around us.

I've seen them in action numerous times.....

They are pretty good for their size (even damn good for their size), but they are not up there with the Hella FF200 HID by any stretch.

I'd rate roughly equal to the PHIDs in beam pattern dispersal, but a bit below the PHIDs in downrange projection. Not a whole lot less, but some.

And they are damn spendy, without a doubt....

I just "discovered" the small rectangular Micro Xenon lights. They're really nice looking... they should be at $900 for a pair! Neat concept taking advantage of a side mounted horizontal bulb orientation.
