Hi folks!
I've been looking at FJRs for a few years and have loved the style of them, but was apprehensive about buying a new one. I happened to find a used 2010 model at a reasonable price and bought it. I figured this would be a good entry point to decide if I want to buy a new one down the road. I've already started making some minor upgrades, getting it "just right". I've been grateful to see all the videos on YouTube that show a good variety of how-to things. A lot of great review videos sold me on the bike as well. I'm looking forward to some fun Texas rides!

Welcome! What side of Htown? On the north side FM149, north of Montgomery is a nice ride. I'd do 249 out of H to 149 just north of Tomball. Therr is also a nice lap you can plan out looping Lake Livingston.

I was in Conroe, recently moved to New Waverly. I usually just open up Google and make up interesting routes.

Either way you're gonna need to get out of H to find some nice riding roads.
