Most of you know i was recently in the hospital and survived well enough to have an LVAD installed as a stop gap to a new heart...but because my chest has been rewired like 5 times now i can no longer ride...****...an airbag may kill me...i am truly at the mercy of titanium bailing wire....i aint whinin', just the facts ma'am, just the facts..

anywho, i took zigs plastics off prior to collapsing to clean him up for the imminent sale but now i can't put old humpty back together and do not remember where any of this **** goes...well most of it...i have all screws, bolts clips etc, but i cannot put him back together without some major help...thus i'm asking for help to get him back together.....he runs as is and starts right up, but i need serious help getting the plastics back on...i am extremely limited on physical activity and after 42 days straight in a hospital bed, am too physically weak to get myself off the floor...

my wife Yoko, ( Teresa actually ), is half Korean and also a cordon bleu chef and has volunteered to cook and i will supply whatever libations are required...be it Bud...or Bud...i know this is asking a lot, especially as i live in the ghetto of Tacompton but i wouldn't ask if i didn't need ya.....Audiowize had previously volunteered but i was hospitalized for 2 months making a mess of everything in my own inimitable way...

So, who can help and which saturday sunday is best...i will accommodate in anyway i can..i need to get the old guy sold as i just start crying every damn time i go to the garage...for real....

Let me know, here or by phone so i can get a date going...with 5 guys it shouldn't take more than a few hours...if that...there are no mechanical issues whatsoever...except with me of course...lol...

Bobby, I'm up for this but unfortunately the soonest will be three weeks from now with travel plans and work schedule.

By plastics, what are you referring to? Putting humpty back together shouldn't take much longer than a couple hours.

This pains my heart. I really wish that I was closer, I would be more than happy to help. You have a lot of great people up there. Somebody will be there.

Hang tight, Bobby... I'm pretty dang confident that there will be someone that will be able to help you out... the PNW crew is a great bunch but they sometimes don't check in on the forum a lot... pass the word, George! ;)

Kind of sad to see peeps in distress. But very glad to see other peeps 'stepping up'.

BobbyB... any chance of recording the moosic on video? Never met you, but somehow, you, mi amigo, have become a thread in the fabric of my life. I would enjoy (I think, unless you suck) to hear you play on your stringed passions....

Hey DC, truth is there are some goodies hidden somewhere on my FB page......i ******* hate computers...i was a chip engineer at TI...architecture not ******* software...i simply do not have the brain to make **** work on these infernal machines...which is why there are no photos/videos of me.....i will have the guys shoot some stuff next Saturday....i can wail brudda i promise...but i won't do it for money...i DO teach voluntarily at a local elementary and on the mental ward where i spent a week in march....it was heart related affecting my brain....down to 4% ejection fraction...functionally a gerbil....so there's that....anyway we'll get some **** on "tape "...i just play man.....and you and i are cosmically connected my brother...i feel it too...we shall hook up soon !

) I have my lodging at wingshot's figured out for that weekend and if he gets a chance to step away from his husband/daddy duties, he will be there to give a hand as well. My Amy will stay home in Portland to take care of the dogs, or else she would have helped. I taught her how to tear the plastics off and put them back on, so it's better that she stays home as to not show us up!

Carl

Bobby, sorry to have missed this post.

Carl has lodging and I am planning on assisting. Please let me know if you need any other help, I am in the southern part of Federal Way and get out for errands and such.

Thanks Wingshot, all ya gotta bring is 2 hands and an appetite !!! Thanks so much....i will NEVER leave this, my only, forum....we are simply the best group of folks i have ever known and i love every damn one of you more than you know....being a sunshine boy is good but it can get tiring fighting all the silly thunderheads and all i get here is love !!!!!

Also , as i have a '89 Volvo Turbo Intercooler Wagon, i will be happy to carry provisions on any group outings...i know cages suck, but stocked ones can't be all bad !!!
