Richmond? B.C. a suburb of Vancouver , B.C. Canada? Virginia? More than likely? Any forumites with expertise able to help? I have had so much help on this forum I feel compelled to inquire! Sounds like a pretty involved project?

Has anybody here removed the rear swingarm? Can the bike be supported by the center stand or does it have to be removed as well?

The swingarm can be removed while the bike is on the center stand. The bike will tend to lean on the front tire, then once the back tire is off, it really presses on the front tire. Additional weight removed from the rear will just reinforce this.

With that in mind, be sure to securely fix the front so the bike cannot roll forward. I'd want to use a couple of rachet straps to help stabilize it as well.

Its alive got the clutch acuator replaced. It took about 4 hours and a while to bleed it.

Sounds like quite a job, but good to know you are up and running.
Just as a point of reference, how many miles has the bike done?
