I always enjoy seeing city skylines, it tends to be the best feature of a city.

Here's a few pics of where I live...

Gramps,

Nice pics! Last time you and I were out running around, I forgot show you a spot for a pretty cool night shot.

Remind me,

WW

Daughter #1 went to Bethel University for four years and now lives/works in STP. We enjoy both cities' skylines whenever we are up that way for a visit.

I'd show you mine but I have to take pictures first and that may not be happening. Yours were great. Thanks for sharing!

Well, we really don't have a skyline to speak of, but we do have a shoreline. Does that count?

Nice pics. But...

Cities suck. Show me pictures of a pristine skyline without man-made crap and I'll see if I can match it around here.

Though Wally's beach bingo bimbo pics are gonna be tough t' beat... ;)

 Pretty much - which is why when I put my bike away in a few weeks, I don't see it again for at least 6 months. I'm going to find some nice summer photos for you. Gotta love the 4-season living! half the time anyway ;)

Well, these first pictures were taken technically from within the borders of the largest "city" in New Hampshire, Manchester.

Coupl'a pictures I took riding around the Manchester reservoir (aka Lake Massabesic) last Saturday afternoon:

And just up the road a few miles is the metropolis of Chester, NH. Now this is my kind of city!! ;)

And finally, mi hacienda.

My gardeners, brothers Petey and Charlie Labrador, out working on the grounds.

Well, Fred sorta already posted the same pictures I was going to post. The following pixs were taken on my normal commute to work.

My home town, the skyline of downtown Sandown:

Entering Chester:

Lake Massabesic, roughly 4 miles from downtown Manchester where I work.

Looking down into the river valley in which Manchester lies. I'm <0.5 miles from work.

Approaching main street, downtown Manchester (December, Santa is in the pickup truck):

On my way home from work last Thursday I pulled over onto the shoulder and took this picture at sunset:

Hmmm, ya, well -- Manchester is known as The Queen City, an honor bestowed when a city is bigger than the capitol city.
