most of these ex police have 50k to 80k(31000miles-50000 miles)

the police system here keeps the maintenance up properly so they should be good to go

Bought an 04 with 65 k on it for $6000 Aud here in Sydney.
Got the Yamaha hard bags and a givi top box.
Oh and a leaky clutch slave cylinder.....
Where do you hail from?

hi its great there are a good number of FJR for sale in Oz, im at Walgett NW NSW, is your bike going ok now after those repairs? i can see the engines lasting a long time, since they are not working hard unless a person is racing, as well as the build quality, Yamaha are solid, last Yamie i had were in the '70s, YZ250, you could rev the guts out of those things & they never blew
