I've using MCL on my '15. If you're using Canyon Cages there's many threads on mounting different pegs to the tubing.

Had the Highway pegs on the 05, got canyon cages for the 15, added some clamps and rivco pegs.

Much better leg placement for comfort and relief.... Def not a cheap way to go about it I know, but a huge improvement in foot placement.
