Kettle Bells boys and girls. They're a great workout, building strength and endurance at the same time. It is good to mix it up though. Throw in a few good core barbell lifts from time to time, just to keep it interesting.

Starting today, I re-began working out at my Kettle Bell gym. The classes are fun, but can be super hard. I'm gonna be sore tomorrow, in places where I've forgotten I have places. Haha...
