I am planning a ride down in Allison Arkansas on the weekend of Sept 29, 30, Oct 1, 2006 :yahoo: . Meet there on Friday evening, ride 400 or less on Sat. head home on Sunday. The Anglers Lodge fills up fast, and I will call and let her know our plans. I know the EOM, and the CFO are right before this and it might be hard to make another trip so soon. But if you can, it is a great place to ride. No big dinners, no door prizes, just great riding, food, and fun. PM me if your interested...Smitty

I'm in. Just made a room reservation-- upstairs 2 beds. FYI--They have a 72 hour cancellation policy now.

One more room down. You guys better get busy.

Chester

I just got off the phone with Susie at the Anglers lodge. She is not taking room reservation for the weekend of Sept 29, 30, 2006 except from us for the next week or so. She would like all of us to stay with them, and that would be great :clapping: . So when you call just tell them your with the motorcycle group.

I know I just came back from there, but I already want to go back!!! Smitty

Just want some input, would you guys want to blast around for 350-400 miles for 10 to 11 hours??? Or would you like a bit slower pace and ride 250-300 miles on saturday?? A few were tuckered out at the last 400 mile outing, and just wondering is everyone would want to stop and site see a little more. We can still wick it up, but a few more rest stops, for a soda/coffee/whatever...Just want a safe ride... .Maybe stop somewhere after lunch for PIE!!! Post up, I know it is a long way off, but I am already working on a route.... Smitty :p

Shorter ride for me. I'd like to focus on more than a double yellow line. :rolleyes: B)

Smitty, a 300 m day would be fine with me as well. :)

I love pie :clapping:

Smitty;

You planning on riding down the twisties to get there? If so, when are you leaving? I have that Friday off, so could ride with you....

Now I need to decide if I go to Munich, Germany for Octoberfest, or go on this trip..... decisions, decisions!

I will most likely leave around 1pm on Friday and riding the twistys. I will have to work at least a half a day. Be happy to meet up with you, or you can meet me here. I was born in Germany, haven't been back since 1970. Lots of family over there... Smitty
