Horns? Loud Horns!

I read WC's write up about the horns and I have a question.

He refers to 2 part #'s....3-0114 & 3-0115. One is high tone & one low I guess, but the descriptions on the horns say they are "dual tone".

Am I take this to mean I should get 2 separate horns mounted.

That is correct. The two replacement horns mount back in the factory horn locations. Then you run new, heavier gauge wiring and a relay to get the loudest possible output.
