Renthal Grip Glue. Accept no substitutes. But then again, I'm used to the grip glue being the only thing left holding me on the bike.



Thanks for sharing your bad experience. I would have bet that over time, say six months, and with plenty of heat, maybe average 90F, that silicone glue would have stuck like... SILICONE!

So the caulk couldnt be gripped?

You know gents, there are many kinds of silicone. One of them being Silicone RTV. That RTV part stands for Room Temperature Vulcanizing. Typically found in auto parts stores. Would have worked nicely for this application.
