there's no ladder surface showing through the warning stickers these days

and I remember well the warning on the lawnmower deck not to pick it up while running

an ***** jury awarded a settlement to some dude who used his lawnmower as a hedge trimmer and got hurt

Ok, I do not know if Granddad was just pulling my leg when I was young, but according to him....a fellow trimming HIS hedges tried to hurry the job along by using his lawn mower. According to Granddad, he used a Craftsman lawnmower and his award was his medical bills paid for and stickers on all Craftsman lawnmowers warning the user not to pick up while running to trim hedges. Granddad's long since passed, so could not prove a thing by me.......
