Motorcycle (or automobile) manufacturers, and magazine 'test results' should be taken with a grain of salt. Claims of power, vs. real-life results, seem to always be in variance. Your dyno test is so close to the listed power, you should be very satisfied with the report. I've found it rare that a stock bike dynos in closer than 10% of the claimed power. It's reassuring to see a real-world figure proximate to Yamaha advertising.
