Yep, I thought it was in Europe someplace cuz of the source, surprised it was Mulholland Dr. But for this viewing, I tried stopping the vid a few times to try for a read on the speedo of the pacing bike. I think it looked faster than it really was thanks to the camera's distortion. I'm not familiar with the layout of that speedo, but at the most, it seemed to be reading 40, and maybe even 30, which is less impressive than the camera makes it look.
And not impressive at ALL, of course, is the "gear" this dope was wearing. He did have a decent helmet at least.
