Tape some fishing line or small cord to the tubing, put the line through the neoprene tube, soap it up a bit and pull the tubing through?

I don't have a hydration kit either but isn't supposed to be easier to pull than to push? :huh:

I hear ya,

It took me probably an hour to fish the vinyl hose through the neopreme sleeve.

I put the entire affair in really soapy water to get slicked. Then I streched out the neopreme sleeve some by simply pulling on it and inflating it with compressed air, once you get about a foot of it through you can sort of just work it in increments.

Ian needs to add an millimeter to the inside diameter of the sleeve, but I bet neopreme is hard to machine! :clown2:
