I ordered Hyper Lite turn signals and brakes lights. 1 turn signal was defective and the brake lights didn't work during running light mode. So the vendor sent me replacements. In that replacement 1 turn signal was defective. Is it a coincidence that from 2 orders there was a defective light? Now I'm concerned as to how long the working led's will last.

Assume you are installing them correctly? :p

I've used Hyperlites on all my bikes for 10 years. Never any issues. Except, one time, I thought I ordered one version (running lights) but seemed the brake lights were sent. I called the Hyperlites folks and boom... new order sent no questions asked.

I'd continue to work witj them on getting the replacements for your bad units... but don't worry about longevity. And I think they have warranty backup anyway.

Mine ran similarly wrong...until I figured out is was me that that wired them incorrectly. Swapped one set of wires and they started working great for me...even when I swapped my stock running lights out for LEDs. 60,000+ miles and still working great!

I purchased 2 sets of the white running hyperlites (hyperwhites), and one set of the 16 led amber turn signal hyperlites.

I moved a set of previously purchased 8 led brake/running and 16 led brake/running hyperlites from one of my bikes to another

the left side white 16 led module is defective. there are 2 horizontal lines of 8 leds - 3 of the top 8 leds fail to illuminate...never had a problem with your superior product before and have recommended them to hundreds of fellow riders in motorcycle forums over the years.

I would deeply appreciate ya'll sending me a replacement 16 led white module ASAP, please.

I am the New Orleans Ride Captain with the Patriot Guard Riders (www.patriotguard.org) and am honored to use hyperwhites front and back on my bike as flashing strobes when I lead military funeral escorts.

this was a few weeks ago and I already received a replacement module...all while out of warranty

2 years ago, a red module led elements went out and same good cust service, they sent me a replacement right away

then last year, some elements of a amber module went out and same replacement out of warranty immediately

the modules range from 3ish years old to 7 years old

That's what I call "bend-over-backward" customer service! Glad to hear about it. I'm a piker compared to you (like everybody else), so I've only got ONE pair of red 16-LED Hyperlites on the back end, but I still love 'em. They're on their third motorcycle now, and at some point, a block of four of the LEDs stopped working, but even with 12 of 16 (or 28 of 32 total) lights working, they still grab you. But if that's the kind of service they give, they obviously want their product to be out there representing the brand in full working mode, so I think I'll be sending off an email and see if they'll do the same for me. Thanks.

By the way, outstanding use of this "feedback" area. We should all hear about outstanding service like this. Seems like sometimes we hear lots more of the gripes.

Yep, when I told them a couple of led's were out they sent a new set[with a fuse this time], no receipt, no return of the old ones, no problem..

these guys are the mutz nutz
