anyone know where to get hyperlights that can swap out the existing bulbs directly for the rear and turn signals?

This is where I got my hyperlights....not sure about the swap on the brake light or turn signals but you may want to check with them.

I don't know if hyperlites makes such a thing, but if that's the look you want, you could hook up a BackOFF brake module (sold many places) and stick in led bulbs (also sold many places).
