Does anyone have HyperPro springs in the front on the FJR? How do you like them? What's the recommended weight oil by HyperPro, and do you use that? Or why not?

I have them on my VFR, and love them, but the FJR is a totally different bike.

I went with the Ohlins springs to match the 46PRCS rear shock. Best to match them evenly otherwise you may not get the desired performance. Race Tech did the install on the front forks with their gold series compression and rebound parts. Works great!

Warchild, don't you have HyperPro springs?
Yep. I do. They are good springs; I'd rate them on par with the WILBERS springs. (I installed the HyperPros shortly before discovering the Wilbers setup).

Their recommended 20wt oil is out of whack, however.

I went with the Silkolene 10wt at the time of install, and I later I switched doen to the recommended to 7.5wt

Have you rode bikes with both setups? What are the differences?

Reason I ask is that I am getting a Technoflex shock, and doubting which front springs I will get: Technoflex or HyperPro.

On the viffer I really like the HyperPro's for their little dive, without being a hard ride.
