Its a deer. The pictures have been floating around for a month or more. IIRC, its been posted twice on the forum, so you might check back through the jokes, off topic or picture pages.

1.) It is probably a fawn or small doe.

2.) The car was travelling at a high rate of speed.

3.) The front of BMWs arent all that stout.

4.) THAT was an Oh S##t" moment!

Easy way to tell a deer from a fox in that picture is the feet (or foot, since I can only find one in there). Fox have paws like a dog.
