I Can't Bear It

You wont believe it!

I was fast asleep, and herd a scratching on my window screen and the bushes outside, I was like W.T.F, I hollered at it, and nothing, still scratching and rattling of the window screen, I garbed my flashlight and my gun and went outside, low and behold there was fricken bear trying to get in my window, I threw some gravel at it, still nothing, he was just about to break my window screen and I said enough of this, pointed, Bang! one shot to the heart. One dead bear. Think that's all?.........nope.

Called Fish and Game it's around 11:30 pm, they said they would be out, (about an hour drive) just as the guy got here, there was anothing BIGGER bear (Mom I guess) looking for Jr. She ran up the hill before I could grab my gun. (damn)

Nope still not over!

We loaded the bear in the back of his truck, he took off, I grabbed my gun and had a look up at my sisters house (her dog was going kinda crazy, came to my house bouncing around) So I went to her place, low and behold, a bear was munching on her Cat food, I had my shotgun loaded. Bang. I don't know if I got him, to dark, Now it's 2"30 in the morning. I'm to wound up to sleep so I'm writing this e-mail.

No bears by my place. I run around poisoning all the gophers instead. Learnt how from my granny, so it sorta runs in the family I guess. Got about a half dozen of the little buggers last weekend.
