there are no official fundraisers open now...the Gathering/Meetings at EOM (Eastern Owners Meeting) in Sept and SFO (Southern Feej Owners) each had fund raisers at the Meeting. The fundraiser back close to when Tyler went down was a month long effort over many venues but coordinated here and is over with moneys already delivered.

you can email one of her caregivers if you wish and mail her a card with a donation which would be cheerfully accepted and appreciated, I'm sure. Or if I were you, I'd send her a personalized card, pic, and have flowers delivered. Now that would be cool. If ya want, mention the fjrforum suggested this and you wanted to comply under Admins charge !!!

If i would have known this would have lead to that picture being posted I would have kept the damn money! It's weird i don't remember that picture being taken? :drinks: That's just some of the Gang symbols i picked up in the ATL.

Glad your posting Tyler and Thanks for the nice email. It certainly wasn't my efforts that generated the money for you, it was this great community that we are both fortunate enough to be a part of.

Below is the email that I sent to Tyler's sister Jamie:

To give you some background we just had the annual Eastern Owners meeting for the FJR owners in Johnson City, TN. Clearwater Lights donated a set of add-on lights to raffle off to raise money for Tyler. The lights are worth around $300. We had also collected tons of door prizes that we give away by drawing names out of a hat. We announced the raffle for the lights and said were going to start selling tickets for $10/each and would draw the winner at the end of the night.

As we then started drawing the names for the door prizes about half the people that came up to collect their door prize started taking what they had won and putting it on the table with the lights to raise money for Tyler. It was awesome to see people not only walk up and buy tickets but to also give back literally hundreds of dollars in door prizes for the cause. By the end of the night we had collected a little over $2000 for Tyler!!

It is my hope that this small token of money will serve as an inspiration to Tyler to continue on the road to recovery. We will continue to pray and pull for her in every way we can. Please keep the updates coming and know that if you need anything please don’t hesitate to ask.
