Okay, Central Valley guys and gals.....

Mountains or coast? It'll be in the mid-high 80s so the day will be lovely. We can leave the Sacramento area early, like 0800-0830 and beat the morning traffic on whatever roads we take.

If we head to Bodega  or Occidental :yahoo: for lunch perhaps the bay area owners will come out and play. I haven't been to Bodega for 2 years!? The Bluestreeks could cut across the valley and meet us (and the Bay area riders) at our traditional gathering spot: Moscowite Corners.

OR....we are far overdue for Fiddletown Rd., L on Shake Ridge to 88 and over Carson Pass to Markleeville, then MAYBE Monitor in both directions and home over Hwy 4/Ebbetts Pass. We could meet in Rancho and ride up 50, across Latrobe Rd., L on Sacramento Rd., etc., etc.

Unless Really Old Michael has a good plan.......

I have phone messages.......

It looks like we're headed to Occidental for lunch. Ride plan to follow as I have some work to do in the garage and need to go to bed.

BUT...

Sac to Moscowite. Moscowite to Calistoga via Silverado Trail. Calistoga up Petrified Forest Rd. to R on Mark West Springs Rd. to Hwy 116 to Guerneville, L. on Bohemian Hwy to Occidental.

IIRC and my aged memory banks are still functioning.

Actually, every FJR Forum member from Sacramento is named Michael. And they're all, well, I'd better stop before two people* on the Forum think I'm a prick...! :(

Jb

*At least two that I know of.... :glare:

Hey JB, want to meet in Fairfield and then join the group at the Corners?

Dr Rich, how about your favorite Starbucks.

Silent, You busy?

Anyone else want to join the party?
