No, no.... John is not a dumb guy. He was likely working on the bike (or whatever), and just temporarily stashed his tools there. Obviously, he doesn't go around riding like that....The tools look nicely secured also. They'll never fall off.
He is a good guy... he and I chatted at length at the '07 'Butt headquarters. He is a very easy-going individual. B)He is a great guy. I really like his style, and enjoy talking with him.
He also employs 'electronic counter-measures' front & rear -- I asked him about the little rectangular things on the rear (by the lic. plate) and front (under the frng) and he assured me that they work.
