Just bought this bike, I am pretty sure it has aftermarket bar risers, but I am not sure which they are. Can any of you tell from the photo?

"Bailiff? Whack his pee pee..."
Then, dems be MCL's...? (Shit, and I have two sets on the bench! I ought to know!)
So, is that the final answer. After looking at the D & D photo, they certainly aren't D & D... I've never heard of MCL's.. what are they?

I've had Genmar and Helibars before.. they most closely resemble the genmars I have seen before.

The Genmars (clicky) are the only ones I know that only go up, as opposed to up and back.

I think I have GenMars 'fo sho

I could use a little more of a back swept bar.. I have short arms. Any suggestions?

Stack a set of D&D's on there. Put the D&D's on the bottom. Someone actually makes a set that comes up and back even more. Forget who makes them, though.

I'm still waiting for someone to make a whole new set of handlebars for this bike.

I have a set of them (for sale) that I bought on ebay for $60. They're powder coated 1" risers made in small quantities by a machinist. I replaced them with six degree forward risers.

Someone makes a 1 1/2" up and 1 3/4" back, but I don't remember who. Mine came with Heli's 3/4" up by 3/4" back. I mounted the Heli's to a piece of 3/4" alum bar stock, another 3/4" back. So I ended up with the 1 1/2 up by 1 3/4 back. I had to remove the clutch line clamp at the steering head to get enough slack. The throttle cables and brake line are pretty much as tight as I'd want to get. Many thousands of trouble free miles. Any higher numbers and you should replace your hyd. lines. YMMV and IMHO :)

They could be either Genmars or the older version of Motorcycle Larry (MCL) risers. The new version of MCL are moved out 6%.
