Probably. It'll be modeled after Jesse James' shows, called 'Shervin is a Deadman'

He'll be given a huge, state of the art shop with all the tools he could want, and he just goes nuts on that ZX of his. Then he goes out and rides it.

I wouldn't expect the show to go many episodes beyond the pilot.
