hey all...

there has been at least one thread on this forum about the FJR being a sport bike versus a touring bike. the consensus seems to have been that it's more a sport bike.

if the FJR had a twin, it mike look like this:

it's an '08 FZ1 with bags and belongs to a buddy of mine who very much wants to ride with us on our next adventure.

from the looks of it he should fit right in.

whadda beaut, 'ey?

I had a 2007 bandit 1250 before, Another grear platform. Got tired of chain maintenance though. Several guys at work ride teh FZ1 though, They are trying to get setup for a sport touring adventure. I am sticking with the FJR myself. Great bikes though.

Y'know, Dave, we're not "platform snobs". Anyone is welcome on out little adventures. Heck, we even let those guys on KLRs ride along. ;) And we wait for them, too. :D
