I was naturalized when the US didn't accept dual citizenships. I'm not sure if it has changed for me, but I was told that if I take advantage of my UK citizenship then I may lose my US. I know they now allow dual citizenship, but I won't use it unless I do some research first! I'm happy here!Depends on the countries involved. The US used to make you renounce other citizenships, now they don't. My wife and kids both have dual and both passports. We travel on whichever is more convienent at that airport.I've got a question for you Dual Citizen folks. Didn't you have to declare citizenship in just one country at age 18 and renounce the other?
