Overthinking is what is going on here. The FJR has one of the best braking systems of all motorcycles (Gen I, II and III). The Gen III is optimized with sophisticated and very capableTraction Control and the "best-in-the-biz" Unified Braking.

Folks, we never had it so freakin' good. This motorcycle plants itself like no other I've ever ridden. We are blessed.

It is slightly more complicated than that.... the metering valve and proportioning valve come into play depending on pedal pressure as I mentioned in my previous post.........
Quite correct, and makes the linking even safer under slippery conditions; no linking to the front unless you definitely have some weight transfer.
