So barring any major issues I will be making SW-FOG again this year. I had a blast last year so I can't wait for this year!!

Anyway, I am checking into availablity at the hotel but if anyone is interested in sharing a room I would be interested in order to save a little coin. I roomed with eeksnake last year so if you need a referance on my behavior check with him! Hopefully he will lie for me.......

The other question I have is regarding the ride down. My wife does not like me to ride alone (although it's not a deal breaker) so I am wondering if anyone will be coming through Vegas on their way to Taos. My plan is to leave Vegas as early as possible Thursday morning, sometime around 6am and riding straight there. That makes for a good 12 hour ride. Anyway, PM or post here if you are interested in joining me.

I'm looking forward to a great time! See you all soon!!!

Well, welcome to the SW-Fog again.

You are planning on riding straight to Taos. Its shows I'm about 10.5 hrs and 660 miles riding freeway all the way. I wasn't planning on dead-heading unless I have no choice. You are probably going to go through St. George. I will probably take a more scenic route and two days to reach Taos.

It's still a couple months away. My wife was supposed to go with me to Taos, but until we leave and she is on the back of my bike, I won't know for sure.

I am also planning on arriving in Taos a day early with Cometman and Pinhead, but those plans are not yet etched in stone.

If you want, and depending on when you get here, you could pick up with me in Albuquerque. From Vegas to Albuquerque is all freeway anyway. I'll probably take the nicer way up as opposed to all slab, and you're welcome here if you show up the day before. If you want, send me a PM. I'll give you some contact info.

We will miss you Dave, Bar 106 will not be the

same without you.

Joe
