Bust is a *******. That ***** has a car tire on his bike and he has *** with farm animals. **** him; don't listen to anything he says. He's probably drunk!

Glad the rest of you are ok. I have OES sliders on my bike too. Thankfully they have only been used in no-speed drops, but have taken the brunt of the damage. A little sanding, and they look just fine.

FWIW, I knew what the end of that concrete/water crossing was gonna look like. Never trust concrete that has water constantly flowing over it. Algae loves that stuff.

Looking at the damage on my bike when I dumped it - sliders would have definitely helped. At the NAFO in Knoxville one of the other riders from Florida told me "nice bike, better get sliders before you ruin that pretty paint job".. Should have had a little more urgency.

Sliders are like rain gear. Put on before you need them, your odds of needing them go way down.

I tipped over on the left side the other day in a parking lot while practicing low speed u-turns, trying to turn full lock left. I did have sliders and I know they saved me some lower left fairing gouges. Left bag did get some scratches. And I slapped my helmet against the pavement pretty good. I think only 10 or 20 people saw me. Not to worry though, they're dead now. :assassin:

Glad I'm not your friend!

Nothing says fun like dumping it right in front of the shop.... then being trapped under your bike.

Not that it ever happened to me.... as far as you know. :derisive:
