I have used both my BB Curve and my Moto Razr, paired to Zumo 550 and previously Streetpilot 2820, connected to my Starcom1 Advance to make and receive calls. When asked, the other party always says they cannot tell that you are on a motorcycle. This is not a Starcom1 problem. It is a Zumo 660 compatibility problem.
edit - One thing that does need to be done on a Starcom1 if you are using the MUS-04 cable plugged into the (stereo) audio input on the Starcom1 is to turn the VOX control all the way down to diasable the VOX feature. Otherwise when you speak into the microphone during a phone call the Starcom will thing you are talking to the passenger and mute the audio coming from the Zumo.
