Morning, My new to me 2013 was owned by an idiot prior to my purchase. He likes to put speakers on everything he buys, and he did it with screws. Both inner fender panels have holes and the top of the glove box. By any chance does anyone have extra plastic pieces laying around they would let go for cheap? Or any suggestions where I might be able to find some inexpensive. I would like to fix it, but I dont want to pay an arm and a leg for cosmetic fixes.

Thanks for looking!!!!

The pic (not my pic) shows one side, but I would love to have both.

PO also managed to mangle the ass end of the bike also. He drilled into the top plastic to add a top box. I am going to fix that with a Givi SR357.

Its soo bad, I might have to take pics tonight and upload them on what NOT to do.

Thanks!!

Sooo, the best part with them looking like crap now. It is really hard to make them look worst.

Right now they are filled with some gorilla clear epoxy. I wanted to try to keep the rain out of the glove box for sure.

I tried sanding on the right side, I either need to get a finer grit (tried 220) or just paint the whole section after sanding and smoothing.

hmm, i like the idea of rubber plugs. Plug it almost like a tire... I will have to find some rubber the width of the holes (ill have to figure that out).

Thanks for the idea..

But if I can still find some pretty take offs, that might be the best.

Sugru might be an easy way to do "plugs". I'd look at one or more as pilot holes for switches or other farkles. Maybe run a phone charger cord through, seal with Sugru.

I keep thinking about installing a used Homelink....

I have a 13 "Factory Rack" if that will help on the Ass End.

I can bring it to the Reuben Run where you can buy me a drink of Irish Whiskey!
