Got around to replacing the fork valves this weekend. During my teardown of the bike over the winter I had discovered two very miniscule creases on both inner tubes. Kinda bothered me at the time but thought it was so minor that they might still be OK to continue using. Found out this weekend when tearing the forks apart that they are indeed bent.

So if someone has a pristine pair just laying around the house, or most likely, if someone knows of a good source for new ones, I'd appreciate it. OEM prices are what I think are high at $150 / piece. Or I am fooling myself thinking they can be had for much less.

When I had my suspension done with Traxxion, my fork tubes were considered borderline. They cleaned them up sooo shiny and nice, then informed me it was my choice on whether or not

to switch them out for the new ones that I had them pre-order for the bike. The "Flaws" are barely noticeable and only if you look real hard. I brought back the old ones, intending to build a stand

or something with them. They are some heavy monsters! Is your price with shipping? Mine are not bent at all and I can get some high resolution pics for you.

BTW- I will be heading up to n. Iowa in a couple weeks.

Just a thought.....
