That's what I was thinking. If she paid more attention to keeping her slow ass out of the fast lane instead of driving distracted filming that bozo, they'd both be better off. Still, it was kinda poetic justice, now he's #1!

It should be legal to perform a pit maneuver on left lane blocking ******** like this. This isn't karma, it is passive aggressive behavior Inducing road rage that could have been avoided with a little consideration by the self righteous C*** taking the video.
With a little consideration she could have noticed the pickup coming up behind her increased her speed by 1 or 2 mph and signaled and moved to the right lane when safely past the white truck. If she does this he might possibliy have given her a wave and a nod for her consideration and everyone safely goes home feeling good about themselves.
The fact that this shitbag took out her phone to video her behavior puts her is a special class of jack ass in my book.

I agree that both were in the wrong. Just because she was being an ignorant c#$t doesn't justify the actions of the truck driver, therefore I have no sympathy for him. Most states have laws concerning yielding the left lane on divided highways, but I have never heard of it being enforced. I deal with idiots like that woman every day. In Virginia the law states that you must yield the left lane to faster traffic even if it is exceeding the speed limit. That is the other thing that aggravates me is the people that think it is their obligation to enforce the speed limit by blocking the lane. A good percentage of the time it is someone on a cell phone oblivious to their surroundings.

Her vehicle probably has a TAILGATERS SUCK bumper sticker. I notice that a number of cars that drive under the speed limit have bumper stickers complaining about tailgaters (and not infrequently dented bumpers). At least on a four lane road cars can eventually get passed the poke, on two lanes roads the traffic moves at the speed of the slowest car.
If someone's driving skills are so poor they have to go slow that's fine, but once they have >20 cars bumper to bumper behind them, do the right thing and pull over and let them past, everyone will be happier. The same for the people that drive slow because -- slow is safe and even slower is more safe, my car is so ******, so what's your hurry, I'm enforcing the speed limit on everyone else, I'm controlling everyone else, it's my duty to see the speed limit is held, I *never* look at the speedometer, I never look in the rear view mirror; like, I can't like, listen to music and like, talk on the phone, and like, drive too, (ohhh, does my hair like, need brushing?) or whatever other reason that prevents them from driving the speed limit.
I have to leave an hour for my 20 minute commute to make up for people that can't drive anyplace close the the speed limit and do weird things at green traffic lights until they become red traffic lights. It really pisses me off when someone tells me that I need to just leave earlier so I won't have to hurry when I already do leave early.

What I think is funny is her comments to the media that she was intending to make a left turn and people actually buying that ********. Really? You are going to turn left, so you keep driving for over a minute without signaling? Because the traffic was so thick, that you could not have possibly moved over, let him pass, and then move back safely inside of minute? But it was safe to take out your phone, and manipulate it, and video BEHIND you while driving? She should be cited for distracted driving as well. Two wrongs don't make a right.

I hate left lane campers as much as the rest of you who have posted here. However, the guy in the truck should have simply gone past her on the right and moved on. You can't fix a stupid driver by creating a dangerous situation.

He was a dick for letting her get under his skin so much he wrecked his own car. She was a douche for left lane hogging for an admitted 3.5 miles before needing to make a left turn. She's chicken for turning off comments.

Bingo!! Let's see woman in the passing lane and only passing a couple of cars and then she wonders why the guy is getting pissed. Here in CA, these morons plant themselves in the passing lane and won't move over at all, even after they've passed a slower car or the right lane is completely clear. And how many times did I hear her run over the BOTs dot in the highway while she was recording that?

According to the news she gets no citation. The guy in the truck, however, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident. Apparently he took out a light pole and will be responsible for that too. Unless they have a law against hand held use of phones the only other charge for her would be for being an ignorant c**t.

Second of all, I'm from Florida, and have been all over. I can tell you that a Redneck in Florida can outredneck just about any other state. Served with them in the Marines, have them in my family.
