Very cool graphic/timeline.

I work in the Aerospace industry and we have made many large parts (Modules, Trusses, etc) for the ISS. It's very cool and very expensive. The shuttle is not cheap to launch stuff up there. The cost/pound is bloody outrageous, somewhere like around $23K/pound. Other launch vehicles can be more reasonable like around $5K and up per pound. It also depends upon how deep (how high in orbit, Low Earth Orbit (LEO), Geosynchronous Orbit (GSO)) in space you go.

Here's a cool little link for this type of stuff.

That's cool stuff!

Susie and I were in Florida a few weeks ago and toured Kennedy Space Center. Kinda touristy, not cheap, and the food sucked, but it was still cool as hell!

For a little under one Million you can get me there. Start collecting. I'd like some food and other things too, so it might get real pricey. Can I have oxygen too? That's not very heavy....
