Not only no, hell **** no, we are not putting any photos of some goofy-ass car tire on a FJR in this magazine! It's embarrassing enough to see this idiocy happening in our bike community to begin with, but we are certainly NOT going promote this brain-damaged idea by printing photos of them in a nation-wide periodical! Sheese!

On a much happier note, I am quite pleased the FJR has turned out to be *the* mainstream sport-touring platform in the Long Distance community, if photos in this premier issue is any indication. I haven't done a thorough comparison count in this first issue yet, but our FJR may be the most photographed bike... I count no less than seventeen (17) FJR photographs in this premier issue - might be the #1 photographed bike in the mag! <img src="https://www.fjrforum.com/forum//public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=" :D " border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
Hey it seems like you are part of the magazine?, if so, can you tell me if I will be getting the premier issue? I just paid today. DR

I subscribed & recieved my fall edition & while i was at it i bought the Premier issue (with the FJR & BMW GT on the cover) Which i find very hard to put down  Great reading material & well put together & wanted this one for the fuel cell & lighting articles. Is there any other premier issues i should buy whith the same type of stuff (i`m hooked)

They seem like they are off by a season, but whatever. The "Winter" issue will arrive just in time for Spring. I find at least 3 or 4 articles in every issue that I really enjoy.

In the fall issue , they have a great article on helmets & i really enjoyed it so much , that i had to scan it & send it to my friend. He had an accident on his 1800 goldwing that was his fault  . He got off an exit ramp & was going right , as he looked left to see if anyone was coming down the street the car in front of him stopped  . He was one of the bone heads that thought wearing a bandana was cool while riding. Well after his bike crashed into the back of the car his 5 foot 6 inch fat a$$ went over the bars & wound up cutting his forhead open, loosing 2 teeth & & taking a chunk of skin off the top of his nose (from his glasses) * of course the rest of his body was saved by good pants & jacket (go figure) Sorry to rant but i wish more people would read articles like this & get the big picture :)

P.S. he now decided to take his helmet out of his top box & wear it all the time (guess it was a wake up call) <_<

I have the Premier issue and then the Spring, Summer & Fall for 2010. Is there suppose to be a Winter issue or is it time to renew for another year?

There is a thread on the IBA forum about this. Long story short is that the latest issue is SUPPOSED to be out in the next week or two. It will be the Spring issue, and there won't be a Winter issue. They aren't skipping an issue, just renaming them to get in line with the season they are really getting them out to people.

People are starting to receive their Spring 2011 Issue. I expect to see mine early next week.
Lets hope. My last issue of Roadrunner has been read about 9x. I got the premiere issue when I did my SS1600, and, I ordered all the back issue's as well as a subscription about a month ago.

I recieved my spring issue 2 days ago, & almost burned thru it already. Good one page editorial from Bill Shaw on page 7, i`m not suprised, but dissapointed i his choice. (not going to say what it is, but get back whith your thoughts)

I hope I get mine soon, but I am wondering if I have to renew my premier membership first, since it ends in about 3 more weeks.
