As a professional who has had a (thankfully) few patients die from suicide, I find the picture sad but indicative of the difficulties in our culture people deal with continuously. On multiple levels (stress, inability to receive needed services, lack of supports in families and communities, etc.) the picture represents and brings many thoughts and feelings to me.

On the other hand I can see the irony, and chuckled. Humor is a stress reliever that helps take away the blues...
