ISO backrest passenger 2011

In search of either a used passenger backrest for my 2011 or suggestions on a new one. I have looked at numerous web sites and having trouble finding one specifically for the FJR or at a reasonable price. (other bikes seem to have more options in lower priced ones).

+1 about Garauld. He makes a very sturdy rear rack and a removable back rest for it--any FJR year. Top quality, too. Not inexpensive, but exactly what you seem to be looking for. The rack is strong and very useful for tying down cargo with the back rest on or off. Mine went away when I sold my last FJR (last Gen or I'd have transferred it).

I found a good deal on a used Givi top box when I got my Gen III. It's lockable, waterproof, convenient and keeps a passenger from falling off the back as well as a purpose-made backrest. Some don't like the look of a big top case, but I wouldn't be without mine.

I have one that did fit my 2013(crashed and totalled, backrest not installed at time of crash).  It would likely fit.  It's the one from PCA.  This assumes that the 3 bolts on the rear tail section are the same from year to year.  Make offer to include shipping.
