When I woke up this morning, I looked off my back deck and could tell it was going to be a nice day. I decided to take a ride since the temps were in the 70's (if CA is good for only one thing). I bumped into this fellow that was riding the coolest bike, it also helped that it was a nice color too. He also reckoned that during the cooler months of the year, the bike would somehow get this added boost feature that made the bike even more of a pleasure to pin the throttle open and blaze down the highway. I thought he was nucking futs, but hey I played along with his story, he was a good bullshitter.

He went on to say that he has been busy adding all this cool hardware that make this bike the most comfortable high speed road inhaling machine that he had ever had the pleasure of riding. I simply had to agree with him, as I had never layed eye's on anything that even came close to it.

He even let me take a few pictures of it for posterity, since after seeing it I must have one for myself. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to share the photo's with you guys, as it left quite an impression on me.

Now, just because it's a color not represented in the Rainbow flag you fly out in front of your place, doesn't mean it's not purdy. :****:

Nice lookin' bike Sky. How's it sound?

Merry Christmas Day Sky & Mrs. Sky

Great pics. Hey I think I have seen that bike from the rear for thousand of miles last WFO. Now that I can se it from a different angle, I must it is more eye catching than my BlueJay!! When a bike like yours is not loaded down with lots of stuff like BlueJay, then it is truly a beautiful machine.

Happy New Year my friend

Dave ;)

Only the best for the peasants TWN. :D Now the rider, there's no hope there.

Oh I'll be all over it, you bet!!

merry Christmas to you and your family. Painman.
Right back at ya, painman. :drinks:

Nice seat .. which is it? Does it support your back?
The seat is the Corbin canyon "close" version. It does not have their typical sheet rock foam inside, we had it all carved out and reshaped. I don't think the seat is tall enough to offer back support, but it does have a nice pocket to sit in. The main reason for getting it is for the backrest for my passenger that also allows me to mount the yammi top box at the same time.

If your refering to the t.....g sound, I have decided that it's in the best intrest of my sanity that any words related to that noise are best left unspoken. Right now the bike is running as strong as the day I got it and no t..k sounds. :D

Happy New Year my friend
Dave
Same to you Dave. It was good talking to you yesterday and I'll be checking in with your family next week.

Merry Christmas from the Skyway's

Wavy Gravy look at those cool rotors.
You can thank our benevalent dictator and University Motor's for that set of performance eye candy. Not only do they look shit hot :dribble: , combined with SS lines & Carbon Loraine pads they haul the FJR down with ease.

There are only 2 more major farkles that I am still lusting over for this bike, a Valentine V1 and a GPS system. :dribble: :dribble:

So where ya hiding this little jem TWN?
Beh! Friggin' 'puters and innernet! Effing thing failed the upload. Bastadges! I think my Verizon DSL timed it out... It's a big mutha, so I'm going to try and split it into two parts... Look for it tonight in Images...

Shit hot. Your 04 looks better than my 04.

Bar end matches the slider.

Slider matches the filter.

Likey that seat. Looks comfy.

I too ripped them faggoty reflectors off the front forks. Don't see them doin' any good.

The first time I removed the front wheel they were history. I left the rear on cause wifey likes them, something about safety IIRC. Since she lets me farkle at will, so who am I to argue with perfection. :D
