Had to ride Saturday as the thermometer reached 47.

Nice. Even though we have had a day or two when temperatures rose above the freezing point, there is still some ice on the back roads and excessive amounts of salt and sand on the main roads. It would take a heavy rain followed by dry above-freezing weather to get me out on the bike. Your weather in Portland averages several degrees warmer than ours in winter.

Enjoyed seeing those pics, thanks. I figured some around here got out this weekend and I was tempted but like Ross said, way too much salt and sand. I think the 2018 Pothole brood hatched last week also.

I'm getting the itch to go.. Waiting for some rain to wash salt away. Loose stuff I can deal with its always out there anyway.
