Ride your own or rent their bike. I like to ride my own because I want to learn my own and my own bike's performance limits, because that's what I'll be riding when I get deep into an Oh Sh*t situation and need to get through it.

I attended a Keith Code CSS course in September, a tweeked version of their level 1 track school they put together for the Marine Corps. It was awesome, I gained an unbelievable amount of confidence in myself and the bike. They are a top notch organization. Enjoy!
