PLEASE NOTE: Bring plenty of water for this dual sport adventure ride, at least four liters as we will not get back to Civilization before Noon. Expect 100F around noontime!

I rode from seven Springs to lunch in Cordes Junction a few years back but not sure you could get into town from the trail anymore.

That's a nice area to ride. I rode the GREAT WESTERN TRAIL from south of Seven Springs to North of I-40 using all dirt. It was quite an idea but Im not sure the ever got clearances to cross Indian land. GWT was supposed to run from Mexico to Canada on dirt once completed.

BUMP REMINDER: 2 weeks from today Brian and Don are leading a great 40 mile off road trek, with final get together lunch at Two Brothers Kitchen in Anthem.

PLEASE NOTE: Bring at least a gallon of water with you, it will be over 100F degrees when we arrive back in Civilization!

Wolfhound Robert: Give me a call at 480-440-4666 on Sunday morning 9/15 and I will give you an ETA for Two Brothers.

From Moto99 - Ron: Living in Anthem, great choice on the Restaurant Don, Two Brothers is awesome! I am hopeful for making the ride also.

Going to try to join you Don and gang. I take it your doing Bloody Basin road from 7 Springs.
Anyone interested in coming back via Table Mesa road? Also big bike friendly...pretty much.

Steve, very glad that you are going to join us. Yes, that is the route that I personally am doing: "Old Farts Easy-Peasy Ride"!

I'll post this over to FJR Forums and to the Super Tenere Forum: I'm sure those "snake eaters" will ride Table Mesa with you!

HEAT ALERT! It is going to be 103F tomorrow in Phoenix, you MUST bring at least two liters of water to avoid dehydration while out riding our Sonoran Desert! MUY PELIGRO, ESE!

I have both Table Mesa and Bloody Basin routes loaded up in the GPS...

Fun ride this am, thanks for posting it Don. We had 5 riders and a beautiful morning. The afternoon was a bit toasty, but I got home by about 2pm so at least it was a short time in the frying pan!

We had a fun ride yesterday, I was right on the verge of taking a "mud bath" in one long sloppy wet stretch. Steve - azredline, Brian - AV Geek, Claire, Tony and Papa Chuy enjoyed some incredibly scenic vistas and even got home in time to watch our NFL Arizona Cardinals win a game!

You can tell how much rain the monsoon storms dropped last week, the Agua Fria riverbed crossing was a torn up sandy quagmire. But we mighty AZ Beemers forded it with great ease!

Tony and Claire getting rehydrated, it was definitely warm yesterday but the views were fabulous!

Here is Steve telling everyone how he almost watched Papa Chuy Viejo go face first into a mud bath on a slick muddy section. So close, so damn close!

Great Friends, great dirt bikes and a fantastic day for offroading: What more can a Motorcyclist ask for.

Our riding day started out nice and cool in Cave Creek, got to 105F later that day in Phoenix, AZ.
