Sir, first my condolences to you and your family. Second thank you and your family for the service to this great country. I was actually notified on facebook about his passing by another prior veteran that I keep in touch with and I had missed this thread. When I told my buddy about the connection on this forum, he also wanted me to send his condolences. I have only visited the memorial once, and two of my buddies re-enlisted above her, we had it all to ourselves, no public. Very humbling.
